“The retirement home in Utah that we wanted to move to had an opening and we needed to contract with them or lose the apartment.   We signed for it because it was the perfect location and situation for us.  Shortly after, Jeff got us a great offer on our beautiful long-term home we had loved for over 20 years in Sacramento.  We planned to move with a large U-Haul but didn’t have a driver for the Truck and our other vehicles.  Hearing our predicament, Jeff actually volunteered to drive the truck out to Utah for us and fly back!  We ended up hiring a moving company but still couldn’t believe the offer.”

“I downsized to a neat little place in Pollock Pines.  Gorgeous forest, towering pines, picturesque.  Well, a week after I moved in we got 2 feet of snow… literally out of the blue!   A branch on one of those towering pines broke off from the weight of the snow and landed on my beautiful new roof.  It punched a hole right through into one of the bedrooms and as the snow melted water ran into my bedroom!   I called Jeff that night and asked him if he thought it was safe to stay in the home.  He assured me it was but suggested not sleeping in that room for the evening!   The next morning he showed up 

with his son.  They brought firewood for my new fireplace, a ladder, and tools.  He and his son dug the snow off my roof, found the rogue branch, and removed it!   They patched the hole with roofing caulk and suggested I have a roofer replace a couple of shingles which I did.   I’m fixed at minimal cost, and I don’t have to worry about my insurance company canceling me!”

“I listed my home in Cameron Park with Jeff and it was a very good experience.  He would stop by once a week to check in with me, have coffee and go over the feedback from any showings the prior week. During these times, Jeff made a few repairs inside the home and in the yard.  And every time he left, I’d give him a box of stuff I no longer wanted so he could donate it to hospice.  Once we moved my furniture out, we noticed the carpets were pretty dirty.  Jeff arranged to have the carpets cleaned which really made the home show better.  At first, we got a lowball offer and he suggested we shouldn’t accept it because we had a few more showings lined up.  Well,  the lowball people raised their offer to my asking price and Jeff negotiated no repairs for me so we got everything we wanted!
